Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns
We currently do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to work with you to find a solution via exchnge/store credit.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs when sending items back for an exchange.

Store Credit
Approved returns are eligible for store credit only, which can be used on any item storewide. Store credit will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.

Damaged or Incorrect Items 
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange, via our Contact Page, please with your order number and reason for the request. If your exchange is approved, we’ll provide next steps.

Additional Notes
We reserve the right to decline requests that do not meet the above conditions, but we’ll always do our best to find a fair solution.
