Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and shipped within 3–5 business days of purchase. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Returns

We gladly accept returns on eligible items that meet the following criteria. Please note that return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of the delivery date.
Items must be unused, in resalable condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return.

Please note: All accessories — including keychains, card holders, and wristlet card holders — are Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
